How to use InstantMesh
- Load the demo and upload a clear image of one object. Avoid cropped edges and busy backgrounds.
- Use the demo’s generation controls to create the intermediate views and reconstruct a mesh.
- Wait for the output model to appear, then use its download control to save an OBJ or GLB file.
- Open your GLB in the local viewer and check the back, underside, fine features, and materials.

What to inspect in your result
InstantMesh reconstructs shape from a single image using generated views. Look for consistency between the front and back, connected parts, and reasonable proportions. Texture detail alone does not tell you whether the mesh is suitable for your project.
If the demo does not work
A demo can be queued, restarting, or out of GPU quota. Read the message inside the demo. For sign-in or embed issues, open the original Space in a separate tab. Try the other model if the service is unavailable.
Download before closing or reloading: Free3DGen does not save a copy of your generation.
